Obituary

Pastor E M Zechariah, MA, went home to be with Lord on March 12th, 2011 at 77 years of age.  He had been in the service of His Master for over 55 years.  Pastor Zechariah is survived by his wife, 2 daughters, 5 sons and their families, including 14 grandchildren.

Pastor E M Zechariah lived a life of faith, who persevered in-spite of tough situations, trials and tribulations. He was a pioneer who planted churches in many difficult terrains in Andamans and North India.  The fruit of his labor can be seen in hundreds of churches that flourish in areas of Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Andamans & Nicobar islands etc.  Over past years, he has served in senior leadership positions in India Pentecostal Church organizations, including as General Vice President of IPC, President of IPC MP, Vice President of IPC(NR).  He has impacted and touched many lives through his books, articles and messages.  He enjoyed mentoring youth for His kingdom.  Though he will be missed by the body of Christ and his family, we are sure he will warmly be greeted in the heavenly realm with the words 'Well done, Good and Faithful Servant!'.
